BEEFMINCE Membership T&Cs

– Membership is only available to those aged 18+. You may be asked to provide ID to verify your age.
– Free entry to club nights is based on a minimum of x15 RVT and x3 Big Ball events in 2024 (other years may differ).
– Free /discounted entry may not be available to events that BEEFMINCE does not organise (e.g. Mightly Hoopla, RVT Pride).
– Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the membership card.
– Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be refunded at any time during the 12 month period.
– Management reserve the right to decline membership applications and/or terminate memberships.
– Memberships may be cancelled without refund in the event of behaviour at our events that is deemed unacceptable by BEEFMINCE and/or the venues we work with.
– Lost /stolen cards must be reported to BEEFMINCE. Replacement cards cost £8.00.
– Photocopies or photographs of membership cards will not be accepted.
