IS BEEFMINCE MEN ONLY?

Some of our events have a Men Only policy. Please see our policy for each venue.

For avoidance of doubt, trans men are men.

IS THERE A DARKROOM?

Most venues don't have a licence for this so it's not something we can always offer. Our events at the Steel Yard, London & Eden, Birmingham have a space available.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Wear whatever you like, as much or as a little.

DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS AT THE DOOR?

Yes we accept all major credit cards (inc AMEX), debit cards, contactless payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay at the door.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE NEEDED TO ATTEND?

All of BEEFMINCE’s events are strictly 18+. Most venues run a ‘Look 25’ policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 you may be asked to show ID.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable.

ACTIVATING YOUR DICE TICKET

Two hours before the event begins, you’ll be able to activate your ticket in the app and generate your unique QR code.

Just follow these steps.

• 1. Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.

• 2. Choose the event.

• 3. Tap Activate QR code

When you buy a ticket on DICE, it’s stored securely in the app with a unique QR code linked to your phone number.

If you don’t have a smartphone or can’t download DICE because your smartphone device is incompatible and does not support the app, don’t worry – you can still purchase tickets quickly and easily at dice.fm.

If you’ve lost your smartphone, or you simply can’t seem to log in to your account, please contact DICE directly for help.

If you accidentally delete the DICE app from your phone, you won’t lose your tickets – they’ll still be there if you re-download and log in again.
